After military service, he found himself trying a major age discrimination case and not soon after he realized that employment law is something that he wants to specialize in. In his vision, he saw employment law as a growing area of practice. He initially worked as a defense lawyer at Friedman & Siegelbaum, LLP, Roseland, NJ and then at Jackson, Lewis, Shnitzler & Krupman, Morristown, NJ but later realized that he wanted to pursue a career of being a plaintiffs’ attorney. This goal landed him a litigator position at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. and he also served as the firm’s Head of the Employment Department. Two years thereafter, he founded and started his own law firm, Hyderally & Associates, P.C.

Mr. Hyderally lives and breathes employment law pretty much on a daily basis. While he is already a recognized expert in employment law this area of legal practice, he stops at nothing in further advancing his knowledge and expertise as employment laws tend change from time to time.
